Shipping Costs

For all orders over £50 shipped to mainland UK, shipping is FREE. For everything else, we have a standard shipping cost of £4.50 subject to a maximum weight of 15 Kg. However, for shipments under 250 grams, the cost will only be £2.50. Any shipments over 15 Kg will be confirmed prior to order completion. Orders will be normally shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or DHL. However, we reserve the right to use any carrier. Please note that shipping is classed as an added service and is therefore subjected to stardard rate VAT. These prices indicated here are inclusive of VAT.

This excludes the following post codes:- BT, GY, JE, IM, IV, PA which may incur an additional charge for orders over 1 Kg. This will be indicated in the shopping basket.

For International orders, shipping costs will be confirmed by email prior to order completion and shipment.

Delivery

We will aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible after receiving it. This will normally be within 24 hours where possible, except at weekends. However, please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery within the UK. If you require the item urgently or require a Special Delivery service, please contact us for a quote BEFORE placing your order.

For items being delivered to Europe, please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery, and for the Rest of the World, please allow 7 to 14 days.

If an item is not in stock when you order it, we will immediately order it for you and endeavour to ship it out to you as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer. If the item is not immediately available, we will email you with the expected delivery date and the option to cancel your order should you not wish to wait.

For items that are Pre-ordered, we will keep you updated with expected delivery dates. Your card will not be debited until we have the item in stock to ship to you.

Packaging

We want the items that you purchase to arrive in the same perfect condition that they leave us, and in the condition that you would expect them to be in. To that end, we only use new, purpose made, quality packaging to ensure the safe arrival of your items. Should the unlikely happen, and an item arrive damage due to negligence on our part, simply return the item and we will replace it free of charge or, should the item no longer be available, refund your money.

VAT and International Shipments

Channel Islands

The Channel Islands, i.e The Bailiwick of Guernsey and the States of Jersey are outside the EEC. Therefore they are outside the scope of UK VAT regulations and therefore orders shipped there are free of VAT. The shopping basket will show VAT until you log in or register the address that you want the order shipped to.

Basically, any shipments to an address in the Channel Islands (choose Channel Islands from the Country drop down) will not be charged VAT.

EEC Countries

Shipments to EEC Countries will be charged VAT at 15%. If you have a valid EEC VAT number, please enter this in the space provided when ordering and the VAT will be deducted from your order prior to shipping.

Non-EEC Countries

VAT is not charged on orders shipped to Non-EEC destinations. Until you have logged in or registered your address, VAT will show in your shopping basket. This will be removed once you log in or register your address.
